chicas y caballos

Girls and Horses, is an appropriation of Hollywood, mtv and independent film clips. Scenes of young girls and horses are always highly charged with eroticism, together with their horses these women are capable of taking great risks, facing grave danger, and even defy death. The girl is willing to go all the way with her horse. I'm interested in the myth woman/ horse, urban legends and their origins and how filmmakers exploit the power of the archetypes rooted in folk tradition capable of evoking powerful emotions.
